Home-Made Treatments (User at Your Own Risk)
- Masturbate Less: It is believed but not medically proven that the friction and/or irritation the penis encounters during masturbation causes Pearly Penile Papules to form. Many with the condition state that the condition is not as if masturbation is limited or stopped completely.
- Toothpaste: This is the most popular home-made removal treatment. Many swear that placing toothpaste on the Pearly Penile Papules dries them out, makes them scab, and then they fall off in the shower. Many state, it makes them appear smaller, but doesn't make them go away forever, and it's a temporary fix. There is no medically proven statistics on this. However, placing too much toothpaste could burn the skin and you could lose feeling in your penis. So please, be careful.
- Toilet Paper: Many attest to the believe that keeping the head of the penis dry, makes the Pearly Penile Papules appear smaller, or go away completely. In this method, you just simply wrap toilet paper around the head of the penis to keep it dry.
- Dry After Shower: Again, we're keeping the penis head dry by drying the penis completely after a shower of bath.
